Improved building moves. The move button now opens the matching placement menu, and moved buildings keep their completed state instead of restarting construction.
Demolition refunds are now 50% of the construction cost, with UI text and server calculation using the same rule.
Admin payment history usernames now link directly to the user's profile.
Improved feedback reply and reward handling: multiple reports from the same user on one day count as one reward case, reward chats are visible in admin messages, and reward targeting is more reliable.
Strengthened save stability and server validation so city saves, tutorial progress, and construction state persist more reliably.
Fixed visible city issues around disaster effects, road settling, density upgrade timers, and nuclear plant education state.
